Recently, The Big Picture participated in a contest sponsored by Dara Barwick, director of the Entrepreneur and Small Business Regional Program for the state of Georgia. The mission was to promote growth of small businesses in the area, and Sumter County was selected as the winning community.
The Big Picture worked in conjunction with Gaynor Cheokas, director of the Center for Business and Economic Development at Georgia Southwestern State University, to narrow the applicants down to three finalists. The winner of the contest, Innovative Senior Solutions, received a complimentary marketing plan courtesy of The Big Picture.
Innovative Senior Solutions is a non-medical private home care provider that offers personal care and companion/sitter services as well as performs home management tasks. Pleased with the outcome of the contest and their marketing plan, Innovative Senior Solutions hired The Big Picture to design a brochure, poster and banner.
And the day came when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was greater than the risk it took to bloom.
